Henry C Weatherby, JD, CLU, ChFC, CEBS, is the founding principal of the law firm of Weatherby & Associates, PC. in Bloomfield, Connecticut. The firm’s practice areas concentrate on Estate Planning, Business Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Probate, and Elder Law.

To meet the other needs that our clients may have, Joseph D. Farrell, Of Counsel, handles matters related to commercial law, administrative law, employment law, sexual harassment, and litigation and appeals. Joe has over 24 years’ experience as a litigator.

Jeffrey S. Rivard earned his JD from the University Of Connecticut School of Law where he also completed a Certificate of Taxation.  He is a cum laude graduate of Tufts University. While at Tufts, Jeffrey won the Albert H. Imlah Excellence in History Prize and completed a semester abroad program at University College Dublin, Ireland. He is admitted to practice in the Connecticut and New York and is a member of the Connecticut and New York Bar Associations.

Hank is a contributing author of WealthCounsel’s Estate Planning Strategies, a contributing author to the AICPA book, The CPA’s Guide to Long-Term Care Planning, and a contributing editor of A Legal Guide for Connecticut Entrepreneurs, published by the CT Small Business Administration.  He has also authored and co-authored articles on estate planning, pension administration issues, COBRA, Family Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.  Hank is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Idaho and is a member of their respective bar associations.  Based on his extensive experience, Hank knows that value to clients comes from being a concerned, informed and thoughtful advisor.
